bb cream after soothing gel.. is this correct?

Hi, i want to ask a question. I used Aloe Vera Soothing Clear Gel as my moisturizer.. i have sensitive skin (rosacea) so i apply this day and night and it is kinda good for me. If i wanna apply bb cream (i use NV II Josephine perfect cover bb cream) after that soothing gel, is that okay? I know girls apply moisturizer before bb cream.. but mine is not moisturizer, it is gel. Thanks.
