Tried everything for dry flaky itchy scalp, suggestions?

Ive already been to the doctor and have tried ALL of the ff:
Coal tar shampoo, lush's soak and float bar, clobex, ionil, fungitar, scalpex, gugo bark shampoo, oilive oil, coconut oil, nizoral, selsun, kerastase bain specifique, clobetasol scalp spray, and many more.even Egyptian Magic Cream.  
And yet my scalp is still dry, itchy and flakey. What do i do now? 

This may sound strange but wash your hair with Bicarbonate Soda (Baking Soda). Take a couple of handfuls and massage it into your scalp and hair. It will feel strange but it's worth it. Doing so will restore your hair and scalp to its natural state - no flaky scalp! Scrap all the products as they will make things worse. Hope this helps - give it a try!
