Can I use a powder foundation over a cream foundation ?
I'm currently using Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick Compact - it's a cream foundation I guess (No powder since it's winter - no need for powder to absorb oil, plus I want to keep it as natural as possible). I'm just given Stila Illuminating Powder Foundation (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P8850). I'm wondering if I can use it over my BB Foundation in the summer ? Would it be too cakey ?
use a translucent powder to set your foundation, it gives sheer coverage and sets your make up and gives your face a glow and doesnt look flakey or powdery
