facial mask and exfoliating your skin the same?
I recently bought Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask and a St. Ives Apricot scrub.
Do these two products exfoliate your face?
What are the difference between these two products?
I know one is a facial mask and the other is a exfoliating scrub.. I mean like
what can they do to your skin and how many days per week do you need to use it?
Should I use one and not the other?
Please explain it to me.

The facial mask will exfoliate, cleanse, and renew you skin. The facial mask is more intense than the scrub, so I would say to use the facial mask once every 1 or 2 weeks.
The Apricot Scrub is a great exfoliating cleanser and is meant to be used daily. It will clear your skin of dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause blemishes and blackheads.
So your facial routine should use the Apricot Scrub daily and use the facial mask every 1-2 weeks to renew and freshen your skin. You will see improvement!
